I started managing highrise buildings at the age of 23 years old. Going into this industry, I recognized that the processes were outdated and inefficient. By introducing engaging designs that captured the residents’ attention, I was able to communicate effectively. Establishing a project management software gave me the opportunity to manage multiple buildings at a time. My proudest moment working as a manager was being the youngest manager at Nauru Tower and The Pinnacle Honolulu. Two beautiful buildings with high-end clientele.
